Delete your account

Request deletion of your War for Power account and the data linked to it.

How it works

Fill in the form with the Player ID and email address of the account.
We send a confirmation to that email address so nobody can delete an account that is not theirs.
We delete the account and its data within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

Your game account, login and Player ID
Your profile, in-game name and progress (buildings, troops, resources, clan membership)
Chat messages you sent
The email address and device information linked to the account

What is kept, and for how long

Purchase records: kept for up to 7 years because tax and accounting law requires it. They are not linked to a playable account once the account is deleted.
Records of this deletion request: kept for 90 days as proof that it was carried out.
Anonymous gameplay statistics that cannot identify you.

Requests are handled by Explosive Games LLC. If you cannot use the form, email contact@explosivegames.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account".

Deleting your account does not cancel any subscription made through the App Store or Google Play; cancel those in your store account.
