A small independent studio in Dallas, Texas, making the strategy game we always wanted to play.
Indie, by choice
Explosive Games is an independent game studio. There is no publisher and no outside owner: we decide what we make, and we answer to the people who play it.
Our first game is War for Power, an MMO real-time strategy game for phone, tablet and PC. We grew up on base-building and real-time strategy games and wanted one that had both: battles you actually command, on a shared map where every other player is a rival or an ally.
Being small means we ship what we can build well, and we build in the open. Progress goes in the news, and every message sent to us gets read by someone who works on the game.

Player first
Fights are won by how you play, not by how much you spend. If a design leans the other way, we cut it.
